How to Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or simply want to change it, follow our easy steps to reset your password and regain access to your Go Perya account.

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Navigate to the Go Perya login page. Directly below the password field, you’ll see a link that says “Forgot Password?” Click on this link to start the password reset process.

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

You’ll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Go Perya account. Type in your email carefully and press “Submit.” This will allow us to send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Step 3: Check Your Email

Open your email inbox and look for an email from Go Perya with the subject line “Reset Your Password.” If you don’t see it shortly, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 4: Follow the Password Reset Link

In the email, you’ll find a link that says “Reset Password.” Click on this link, and you will be redirected to a secure page where you can set a new password.

Step 5: Set Your New Password

Choose a new password. For your security, make sure your password includes a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols. Enter your new password twice to confirm and click “Update Password.”

Step 6: Confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation on the screen and an email notifying you that your password has been changed successfully. You can now use your new password to log in to your account.
